Items ordered online will be delivered to the address you provide.  Items may also be picked up in person.

How do I return an item/receive a refund?

 

Most, if not all items are custom order items, therefore there is a NO REFUND policy,  Certain restrictions apply to EXCHANGE of items in a case-by-case situation.

What is the turnaround time for custom garments?

There is a 21-day (min) turnaround for all custom garments.  Once measurements are obtained and the deposit is paid, production will begin.  Standard shipping times applied (if the garment isn't picked up in person.)

What is the standard shipping time for products?

Products are shipped within 7-10 business days of purchase.
