Cancellation Policy
Salon Policies – Please Read Before Booking • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a fee. • Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late forfeit their appointment and any deposit paid. • All deposits and services are non-refundable. • Accepted payments: Square Invoice, Cash, Debit/Credit, Affirm (if approved), Venmo, and Zelle. • Hair must be prepped as instructed. Any takedown, unbraiding, or detangling is subject to an additional fee. • Only clients receiving services are permitted. One additional guest may be allowed only if unavoidable and approved in advance. • Clients must disclose any allergies or sensitivities prior to service. • If experiencing fever, cough, or cold symptoms, please reschedule. • By booking, clients consent to photo/video use for marketing purposes unless waived prior to service. Booking confirms agreement to all salon policies.
